If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this School are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

  1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on the School’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

      3. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the School’s web site;
      4. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
      5. transfer the materials to another person or 'mirror' the materials on any other server.
  2. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Company at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

Further, the School does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

4. Limitations

In no event shall the School be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the School’s website, even if the School or an authorized of the School has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. 9. Liability Waiver

Carter Blue LLC and My True Self, PLLC employees (CB-MTS), including Gigi Carter and Sersie Blue, are not physicians or psychologists. Consultation and coaching services do not include treatment or diagnosis of illnesses or disorders. Client or course participant must consult with a licensed physician or other appropriate and licensed service provider without delay to treat any ailment or illness or to obtain medical attention. Only a licensed physician can prescribe medications. CB-MTS does not judge the appropriateness of any medication and shall not make any recommendation, either expressly or by implication regarding medications or medical treatment. Client or course participant acknowledges that any change in prescription or dosage is a decision the client or course participant must make with his or her physician.
Rather than dealing with treatment of disease, CB-MTS focuses on wellness and prevention of illness through the use of non-toxic, natural nutritional therapies and physical activity to achieve optimal health. CB-MTS provides nutritional therapies and physical training education to motivate individual clients to assume more responsibility for their health by, among other things, adopting a healthy attitude, lifestyle and diet. CB-MTS provides business clients with strategic consulting services with the goal of improving workplace wellness.
While people generally experience greater health and wellness as a result of embracing a healthier attitude, lifestyle, and diet, CB-MTS does not promise or guarantee that its clients will achieve these goals or that they will avoid illness in the future.

By agreeing to these terms of service and liability waiver, the client or course participant acknowledges and understands that CB-MTS provides services as a health consultant and not as a physician. The client or course participant acknowledges that he or she has or shall consult a physician regarding any medical condition. The client or course participant agrees that CB-MTS is not and shall not be liable for a failure to diagnose or treat an illness, or any failure to prevent a future illness.
