Sersie Blue is Co-founder of Daniel Fast: A Bridge to Healthy Living, Founder of “The Faithful Vegan,” host of the Eat Your Best Life podcast, and author. After health issues during her second pregnancy, followed by personal tragedy, Sersie decided to participate in a one-month Daniel Fast. Combining prayer with a whole-food, plant-based diet, Sersie found her life transformed and The Faithful Vegan was born. She graduated from the University of Windsor with a bachelor’s degree in Communications and from Tyndale College and Seminary in Toronto, Ontario with a Masters of Divinity in Counseling. She also completed the health coach program from Wellcoaches at the University of North Florida. Sersie is the co-author of A Prayer for Your Health Journal.

Gigi Carter is Co-founder of Daniel Fast: A Bridge to Healthy Living, Founder of My True Self, a nutritionist, personal trainer and author. After 22 years in corporate management roles, Gigi made a career change in 2016 to pursue her master’s in nutrition sciences from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where she graduated with honors, and launched the socially conscious nutrition and wellness practice, My True Self. Gigi is a licensed nutritionist in the state of Washington, and certified personal trainer and senior fitness specialist with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She is the author of The Plant-Based Workplace, and co-author of the children’s book The Spinach in My Teeth, and co-author of A Prayer for Your Health Journal.

How does this cleanse work?
You consume (blended or whole) raw vegetables, raw fruits, and water for three days. That's it—no coffee, no alcohol, nothing else.
